Pricing
Tickets are $8.00 for Talks and $15.00 per Workshop.
Supervisors (Teachers, Parents and Guardians) accompanying 10 or more students in sessions are admitted free of charge.
Students on the School Card Scheme – Presenter talks will be free of charge
Prices for Special Events are as advertised for each event.
We offer Full Day and Whole Festival Special Packages for students wishing to attend multiple sessions:

Supervision
Any school-aged child must be accompanied by a supervising teacher, parent or guardian while on campus at all times during Once Upon a Festival.
Ticketing
Every person attending events requires a ticket, including accompanying teachers, parents or guardians. Tickets will be issued as a Confirmation Email listing all tickets on one page. The Confirmation Email will be emailed to your nominated email address and this needs to be shown at each venue for entry.
School Bookings
Tickets can be reserved up to 30 days before payment is required for school bookings. Full payment must be made before the tickets will be issued. If tickets are not paid within 30 days of the booking they will be released.
Refund policy
Please choose your ticket(s) carefully. Once Upon a Festival does not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Non-attendance at the event
- Change of mind
- Late arrival
If a Festival Presenter is unable to deliver their session(s) due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, Once Upon a Festival reserves the right to reallocate your ticket(s) to an alternative session of similar value or interest. In such cases, we will make every effort to contact you in advance to discuss available options, provided we receive adequate notice from the Presenter.
