WORKSHOPS

Totem Creatures: A Geometric Collage Workshop

Years 4-7

Folded Faces – A Papercut Workshop

Years 5-8

Participants create sculptural papercut figures by folding paper and cutting into it to reveal symmetrical faces and forms. Inspired by traditional papercutting and contemporary collage, this workshop explores positive and negative space, symmetry and transformation as flat paper becomes a standing figure.

Menagerie of Offcuts

Years 4-7

Participants create a playful “menagerie” of creatures using recycled paper offcuts and found shapes. Working intuitively, children transform scraps into birds, animals and imaginary beings, discovering how unexpected forms can spark character and storytelling. This workshop celebrates resourcefulness, imagination and the beauty of leftover materials.
